Cancellation Policy

Arrival is impossible
If travel has become objectively impossible for you (general exit or entry bans, closed airports), both contracting parties are released from their obligation to perform. In such a case, any advance payments will be refunded.

Personal quarantine
If you cannot arrive because you are personally under official quarantine, the regular cancellation conditions apply.

No valid Covid certificate
You do not want to start the trip because you do not have a valid Covid certificate (e.g. for the restaurant visit). In this case, the regular cancellation conditions apply. 

Fear of contagion
If you do not want to travel or wish to leave early because of fear of infection,  the regular cancellation conditions apply.

Illness
If you are ill (coronavirus or other illness) and cannot travel or must leave early, the regular cancellation conditions apply. 
We recommend that you look into purchasing travel insurance to cover any possible issues.

The Hotel Victoria remains closed from April 2 - May 3, 2023.
We are looking forward to welcoming you again from May 4, 2023 onwards.
