Three days before arrival you will receive a link to the online check-in, where you can fill in your details and check in. Once you have checked in online, you will receive your guest card and public transport ticket. This means you can use them on the day of your arrival.

You are also welcome to check in at reception on arrival.

Children's discount for rooms and packages on request

If you book directly, free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (written cancellation).
In the event of a cancellation of less than 5 days, no-show, late arrival or early departure, the entire booking will be charged at 100% if the room cannot be re-let

If you book via a booking portal, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

As our guest, you will receive the Haslital TouristCard and can benefit from free use of public transport lines and many attractive discounts on admission to sights, museums and railways.

Guest car park directly at the hotel (CHF 5.00 per night)

Pets are allowed on request depending on the situation in the hotel (for an extra charge). We would appreciate your understanding that your pets are unable to access the Victoria à la carte restaurant. In the bistro and on the terrace, they are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the property.

We accept the following credit cards in addition to cash: Mastercard, Visa, Postcard and EC Maestro.

We are happy to provide special anti-allergy duvets and pillows for allergy sufferers (on prior request).
